So, I was out on my balcony giving myself a haircut when I noticed something wasn't quite right with one of the boxes on the lawn.



The label on top reads "Stop cutting the connectors off for discos [disconnects]. If you don't have the right tool, get another job"

So of course I walked down and took more pics





The obvious thought is that someone is attempting to steal cable service. But are people really stupid enough to leave the box open after doing that? Or is this the case of a lazy tech not sealing the box back up?

Edit: I notified comcast via twitter :P Isn't the 21st century awesome?
